Landmark Properties is pleased to announce that Blair Sweeney has joined their executive team as a Development Manager. Blair brings with him years of student housing experience in various facets of the business. Prior to joining Landmark, Sweeney spent 7 years as a student apartment developer and asset manager, completing over 2,000 beds in three states. He began his career in several on-site property management roles, giving him a rare understanding of both the development and operations side of the business.
