ATHENS, Ga. (July 19, 2022) – Landmark Properties, a fully-integrated real estate firm specializing in development, construction, investment management, and operation of high-quality residential communities, recently closed on the land that will become The Mark at Seattle, an off-campus apartment community to accommodate University of Washington (UW) students. This is Landmark’s second project in the Seattle market, with The Standard at Seattle currently under construction.

Each residence features a gourmet-style kitchen with decorator cabinets, quartz counter tops and stainless look appliances. Every apartment at The Mark comes fully furnished, offers hardwood style flooring, in-unit washers and dryers, private bathrooms in select units, and high-speed internet and cable.

Landmark Construction will serve as general contractor for the duration of this project.
