ATHENS, GA. July 18 2013— Landmark Properties has hired Tim Bilz, formerly with American Campus Communities, as Vice President of Operations. Bilz brings over 13 years of student housing experience to the Landmark Properties operations team. During his tenure with ACC, Tim rose to become the Vice President of Management Services overseeing all aspects of operations for 25 properties and approximately 15,000 beds. Tim later became the Vice President of Recruiting for ACC. With Landmark Properties, Bilz will assist in operations of Landmark’s portfolio and will spearhead the expansion initiative for Landmark’s third party management platform. “We are very excited to have Tim join our team.
