ATHENS, GA. February 22, 2016—Landmark Properties has been awarded the management contract of a new student housing development in Milwaukee known as Eleven25 at Pabst. This renovation at the historic Pabst Brewery in downtown Milwaukee will contain 151 apartments. The facility whose first building was constructed in the 1880’s will serve institutions including Marquette University, Milwaukee School of Engineering, Milwaukee Area Technical College, University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, Concordia University, Mount Mary University and Alverno College.
Located on the block bordered by N 9th and N 10th streets and W Juneau and W Highland Avenues, Eleven25 promises to be a community unlike any other. Aside from its rich history and background, the amenities offered include a state-of-the-art fitness center, a club room with video gaming, study lounges, a movie theater, and a shuttle to local campuses. Blue Ribbon Management LLC, the developers of the project, also incorporated a public area consisting of a 4,000-square-foot food court with up to five restaurants, a 2,000-square-foot convenience store and a 1,500-squre-foot coffee shop. In total, the project will boast an industry first 10,000+ square feet of indoor common space with designated lounge areas and comfortable seating perfect for studying. The student living areas will be kept secure with a key card access system and on-site management.
Eleven25 at Pabst will offer units ranging from studios to four bedrooms, including lofts, as well as fully furnished units. Rents will run from $600 to $1,500 a bed and include utilities. Parking at the nearby parking structure, The Brewery, will be available for an added fee. Residents are scheduled to move in August 2016.
Eleven25 at Pabst will be Landmark’s second third-party management project for the 2016-2017 year and is one of five communities scheduled to open this August for move-in.
