ATHENS, GA. February 9, 2015—Landmark Properties recently broke ground on The Standard at Boone; a 561 bed, mixed-use student housing with approximately 12,000 square feet of retail space. The Standard will be the only development of scale to be fully-amenitized and within walking distance to Appalachian State University. The project, a joint venture with Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, LLC, and Stonegate Developers, is set to commence construction during Spring of 2015 with delivery scheduled for Fall of 2016.
